Insight Labs utilizes the most sophisticated, sensitive and specific equipment and technology available to screen, confirm and quantitate drugs of abuse in urine. An initial screen is performed to determine the presence or absence of substances within 11 drug classes.  Following the initial screen, a confirmatory test is performed with state-of-the-art technology and equipment; Agilent Technologies’ liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).  This technology provides drug specificity and quantification for 56 drugs and metabolites.

Insight Labs guarantees patient results will be accessible on our secure, HIPPA-compliant web portal within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of sample.  The industry standard is 5 to 7 days!  Our dependable turnaround time allows physicians to more quickly and accurately design or modify a treatment plan for their patients.

Our web portal provides physicians with a secure and complete solution for searching, managing and printing toxicology reports.
